Abstract:
本发明的阻气性层叠体(10)具有双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)、以及在所述双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)的一个面上形成的氧化铝薄膜(2)，所述双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)的根据相位差测定法的面取向系数△P在0.005～0.020的范围。另外，本发明的阻气性层叠体(10)具有双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)、以及在所述双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)的一个面上形成的氧化铝薄膜(2)，所述双轴拉伸聚丙烯基材(1)通过相位差测定法测定的分子链的取向角相对于MD方向在50°至90°或-50°至-90°的范围。
Abstract(English):

The invention provides a gas-barrier laminate and a method for manufacturing gas-barrier . The gas-barrier laminate (10) comprises a biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) and an aluminum-oxide thin film (2) formed on one surface of said biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1), and the biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) exhibits a plane orientation coefficient ([Delta]P), as per phase-difference measurement, between 0.005 and 0.020, inclusive. Also, this gas-barrier laminate (10) comprises a biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) and an aluminum-oxide thin film (2) formed on one surface of said biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1), and the biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) exhibits a molecular-chain orientation angle, as measured by phase-difference measurement, between either 50 DEG and 90 DEG or -50 DEG and -90 DEG, inclusive, with respect to the MD direction.
