Abstract:
一种固态成像器件，采用具有高熔点的金属或者一种金属硅化物作为光屏蔽膜7。在使光屏蔽膜变薄之后，在整个表面上涂覆一层硼酸-磷-硅化物-玻璃(BPSG)膜6。然后，在具有包含SiO2、SiON和SiN的表面防护覆层5的元件上面直接形成第二微透镜2，并在它的上部形成一层滤色层4和一层中间透明膜3，之后在其上形成第一微透镜1。位于下部的第二微透镜2是采用折射率比中间透明膜3或者BPSG膜6大的材料构成。
