为了使三电平电力变换器之直流侧分压电容器所分电压均等，从而将直流电压变换为三电平交流相电压，提供了这样一种装置，它根据两个分压电容器的差值电压和交流电流的极性对三电平交流电压脉冲的上升和下降时刻进行补偿，从而调节交流电压的零电压周期。
