Abstract:
本发明提供一种具有基板和光热转换层、且光热转换层的表面为粗糙面的转印用施主基板。由此，形成均匀的转印材料的膜，能够制造可形成高精度的细微图案的器件。另外，本发明还提供一种有机EL元件，所述有机EL元件的有机化合物层的至少一部分使用转印法形成，发光区域的发光亮度不均或膜厚不均少。由此，能够提供耐久性也优异的有机EL元件。
Abstract(English):

Provided is a donor substrate for transfer, which has a substrate and a photothermal conversion layer having the rough surface. Using the donor substrate, a uniform transfer material film is formed, and a device finely patterned with high accuracy can be manufactured. Also provided is an organic EL element wherein at least a part of an organic compound layer is formed using a transfer method. The organic EL element has less unevenness in light emission luminance and film thickness in a light emitting region. Consequently, the organic EL element also having excellent durability can be provided.
