Abstract:
本发明公开了一种用于聚焦同步辐射光源的光学器件，用于提高出射光的光强均匀程度，增大出射光束的发散度以及抑制同步辐射高次谐波。该光学器件的外侧母线为二次曲线段或多个二次曲线段的组合，其中多个二次曲线段开口方向相同，该光学器件包括：多根透明材料制成的毛细体；其中，位于中心区的毛细体为实心结构；位于中心区以外的外围区的毛细体为中空结构。
