本发明涉及塔型固液逆流接触装置、聚芳撑硫醚(PAS)粒子等固体粒子的洗涤装置和PAS的制造装置、以及固液逆流接触方法、PAS粒子等固体粒子的洗涤方法、以及PAS的制造方法，所述塔型固液逆流接触装置具有塔顶部、塔主体部和塔底部，在塔主体部具备利用环状隔板相互隔开、并在垂直方向上连接设置的多个搅拌室，在各搅拌室内配置有桨叶片(叶片直径/搅拌室的直径≥0.65，并且叶片宽度/搅拌室的直径≤0.10)和挡板，覆盖位于该桨叶片下方的连通口的至少一部分的大小的圆盘安装于搅拌轴或该桨叶片。
Abstract(English):

Disclosed are a column type solid-liquid countercurrent contact apparatus, a solid particle cleaning apparatus for polyarylene sulfide (PAS) particles, etc., and a PAS production apparatus which have a column top portion, a column body portion, and a column bottom portion and are provided with a plurality of stirring chambers in the column body portion which are partitioned from one another by annular partition boards and arranged vertically in communication with one another, wherein paddle blades and baffles are disposed in each stirring chamber (where the ratio of the diameter of the paddle blades to the diameter of the stirring chamber is >= 0.65 and the ratio of the width of the paddle blades to the diameter of the stirring chamber is <= 0.10), and wherein discs which are large enough to cover at least a portion of the communication openings below the paddle blades are attached to the stirring shaft or the paddle blades. Also disclosed are a solid-liquid countercurrent contact method, a solid particle cleaning method for PAS particles, etc., and a PAS production method.
