Abstract:
本发明的树脂组合物的特征在于，含有(a)聚酰亚胺、聚苯并噁唑、聚酰亚胺前体或聚苯并噁唑前体；(b)1，5-二羟基萘、1，6-二羟基萘、1，7-二羟基萘或2，3-二羟基萘；及(c)具有特定结构的热交联剂。根据本发明的树脂组合物，可以维持固化前的树脂膜的透射率，同时可以降低固化膜在可见光区域中的透射率。
