本发明提供锂电池正极用复合材料及其制造方法，以及使用该锂电池正极用复合材料的正极和电池，其中所述锂电池正极用复合材料能够形成高速放电特性优良的锂电池、并能够充分确保Li的扩散路径、且导电性高。本发明的锂电池正极用复合材料是由含有正极活性物质粒子和纤维状碳的复合粒子构成的锂电池正极用复合材料，其中上述复合粒子具有下述的形态：上述正极活性物质粒子由上述纤维状碳保持。
