The invention relates to a calabash embedded with ornament and a manufacture method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a jade or a bone is carved into a small ornament; an embedded column is made on the bottom surface of the small ornament; the cover die of the calabash is made; the small ornament with the embedded column is inversely embedded in the cover die of the calabash; the cover die of the calabash is covered on the calabash which is growing; the grown calabash is taken out of the cover die of the calabash; and the small ornament is embedded on the surface of the calabash. The embedded column has large end surface and small root; and the surface of the embedded column is a sloping surface in the shape of Chinese character eight. The invention can take left over materials which are left by carving the jade and the bone as the small ornaments; and the manufacture method of the ornament-embedded calabash can be used for manufacturing the calabashes with better ornamental quality and decorative quality.
