Abstract:
能够容易地提高单一基本横模的输出的面发光激光元件包括：反射层、谐振器隔离层、活性层、选择氧化层。所述选择氧化层被设置在与振荡光的电场的驻波分布的第4周期的节对应的反射层中的位置、和在与活性层侧相反方向上，与第4周期的节相邻接的与驻波分布的腹对应的反射层中的位置之间。
Abstract(English):

A surface light emitting laser element capable of easily improving an output in a single basic lateral mode, comprising a reflection layer, a resonator spacer layer, an active layer, and a selective oxidation layer. The selective oxidation layer is provided between the position in the reflection layer corresponding to the fourth-cycle node of a stationary wave distribution in an oscillation lightfield and the position in the reflection layer corresponding to the antinode of a stationary wave distribution adjacent to the fourth-cycle node in a direction opposite to the active layer side.
